        Customer: It’s listed as “Expedited Processing Fee.” I did not select expedited processing, nor was this fee disclosed when I clicked “Complete Order.” This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic.
        CS Rep: I see the notation here. I recognize that fee was not clearly disclosed during the checkout flow, and I am truly sorry for this oversight in our system disclosure. We should have been completely transparent.
        Customer: System oversight? You charged me almost 20% more than advertised without telling me! I need that fee removed and refunded today, or I will dispute the entire transaction.
