        <br>I am writing this as a serious warning to future customers about my terrible experience with size deception. I initially purchased two beautiful Borsalino Como hats, ordering them confidently in Size 7-5/8. They soon became uncomfortably tight, but I shrugged it off until a shocking discovery. After some wear, my baby actually helped reveal the fraud—they got hold of one of the hats and pulled out the lining, revealing the factory tag which read “7-1/2.” I checked the other hat, and it was the same! Both hats, however, had the gold sticker on the hat band indicating 7-5/8. My conclusion is that they are snakes, prioritizing a sale over honest sizing. This blatant misrepresentation immediately compelled me to leave this review and demand an explanation from customer service.
        Customer: I need to speak to someone immediately about what appears to be outright product fraud. I ordered two premium Borsalino hats supposedly sized 7-5/8, and they have both been deliberately misrepresented.
        CS Rep: I sincerely apologize that you are experiencing issues with your purchase. Can you elaborate on the misrepresentation, and do you have your order number handy?
        Customer: The order number is [Fictional number], and the elaboration is this: While your company labeled the hats 7-5/8 externally with gold stickers, the internal factory tags—which I found by pulling out the lining—clearly state they are 7-1/2. You are selling improperly sized items!
        CS Rep: That is absolutely unacceptable, sir. We are very sorry for this severe sizing discrepancy. This is a clear failure in our inspection process. What resolution would you prefer? Would you like a full refund for both items, or would you like to attempt an exchange for guaranteed true 7-5/8 sized hats?
        Customer: Given the deceitful tagging, I honestly don’t trust the sizing on any replacement you send. I want a full refund immediately for both, including the original shipping cost. This level of deception is simply unacceptable for a premium item.
