But what arrived was a hat that looked nothing like the photos—it was cheaply made and arrived visibly damaged. The discrepancy between the store’s legacy and the actual product was shocking. I felt completely let down and needed to leave this review and engage with customer service immediately to see if they could fix this significant lapse in quality control.
