        <br>I felt compelled to write this review as a cautionary tale for anyone looking for specific items and expecting basic customer service. My in-store experience was incredibly frustrating, not because the merchandise wasn’t good—
        The spot ain’t bad
        and I usually manage to
        walk out with some heat
        —but because the fundamental interaction was sour. Trying to find the right item was a headache because
        some of the hats I really wanted weren’t available in my size
        . That’s frustrating enough, but when you finally try to ask for help, you run into people like this specific employee. My honest conclusion is that
        Dude Sammy always look like he don’t wanna help
        . It was that apathy, combined with the lack of stock, that made me leave a frustrated review and ultimately reach out to customer service to demand accountability for the unwelcoming in-store environment.
