When the package finally arrived, it was fundamentally flawed—the wrong ribbon, the wrong brand on the brim, and overall, it was clear that zero attention was paid to my design notes. It was just… empty. It left me feeling completely disappointed and compelled to immediately contact customer service. I needed to know how such an oversight could happen, especially when so many others seem to have received an absolute masterpiece.
