<br>Talk to a doctor if you think you might use any recreational drugs with tadalafil. If you have kidney or liver problems your doctor might decrease the starting dose to 10mg or 20mg. If you’re being treated for both benign prostate enlargement and erectile dysfunction, the dose is 5mg.
General information about the safe and effective use of Cialis
The following interactions have been selected on the basis of their potential significance and are not necessarily all-inclusive. Medicines are sometimes prescribed for conditions other than those described in patient information leaflets. Do not use Cialis for a condition for buy xanax without prescrition which it was not prescribed. Do not give Cialis to other people, even if they have the same symptoms that you have.

Health conditions that contribute to ED, such as diabetes or high blood pressure, can be treated. If ED is a side effect of a medicine you’re taking, your doctor may suggest that you stop using the drug or take a lower dose. Using recreational drugs alongside Cialis can increase the risk of serious side effects; consult your physician before combining them. Tadalafil 10 mg and 20 mg is intended for use prior to anticipated sexual activity and is not recommended for continuous daily use. It is important to note that Tadalafil does not work if there is no sexual stimulation.
What should I tell my healthcare provider before taking Cialis?
For more information about treatment with Cialis, read the package leaflet (also part of the EPAR) or contact your doctor or pharmacist. Talk with your doctor or pharmacist if you have questions about the potential side effects of Cialis or Viagra. Headache can also be a symptom of high blood pressure or low blood pressure, both of which are rare but serious side effects of Cialis.
Read it again each time you refill your prescription in case there is new information. Using this medicine with any of the following medicines is not recommended. Your doctor may decide not to treat you with this medication or change some of the other medicines you take.
They’ll let you know whether they’re safe to take with Cialis or your condition. Do not use this medicine if you are also using riociguat (Adempas®) or a nitrate medicine, often used to treat angina (chest pain). Nitrate medicines include nitroglycerin, isosorbide, Imdur®, Nitro-Bid®, Nitrostat®, Nitro-Dur®, Transderm Nitro®, Nitrol® Ointment, and Nitrolingual® Spray. Some illegal (“street”) drugs called “poppers” (such as amyl nitrate, butyl nitrate, or nitrite) also contain nitrates. If you need to use a nitrate medicine, take it at least 48 hours after your last dose of tadalafil.
